I am a technology enthusiast, a great listener, a proud poppa of a 5 year old and a training and development professional with over 20 years of experience working in a classroom environment. I have gained a wealth of experience in my field that dates back to the early beginnings of DOS and Windows 3.1 where I  have developed my skills not only as an employee with various companies, but also as a business owner. For the past 10 years, I have been employed as an Instructional Technologist in the 4th largest school district in the state of Texas. As a natural progression to enhance my leadership role in my profession, I am currently pursuing my masters degree in Instructional Design and Technology with Walden University.
